There is no PHP binding for ZOOM yet, but Index Data's PHP/YAZ has much the same flavour, providing a PHP extension that implements Z39.50 client functionality with an object model similar to ZOOM's.
It would be easy - perhaps even trivial - to build an actual ZOOM binding on top of PHP/YAZ. Volunteers should contact <bindings@zoom.z3950.org>
